Soundlab Retail Closed

The Soundlab retail store in Cape Town closed at the end of December.

Our main business, as Meta Acoustic Development, consists of importing and distributing specialised audio and video products through specialist audio retailers. As this has been taking up more and more of our time and energy, we made a strategic decision to close the Soundlab retail shop in the Cape Quarter. 

Soundlab's lease ran out at the end of December 2010 – and this was a fitting time to step back. Our decision was not made lightly and it is with great sadness that we took this step - having been in the retail audio business for over 30 years

We recently expanded our wholesale activities by moving to bigger and better premises - and MAD now has two excellent demonstration, training and warehousing facilities - one in Cape Town and one in Kyalami.
